Kale chips are a simple, healthy, and fun recipe to make as a snack or a side dish. I was surprised at how crispy they come out of the oven after baking for only 15 minutes. When preparing the kale, I usually choose the lazy way and purchase the pre-washed/pre-cut bag from Trader Joe’s. The whole bag makes enough kale chips for 2-3 people. If you aren’t purchasing a bag, make sure you wash and dry the kale thoroughly before baking or they won’t be as crisp.
