Honey Mustard Chicken

A few weeks ago I made a honey mustard ribeye steak recipe using Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Vinaigrette & Marinade. I liked the marinade so much, we repeated the recipe only this time using chicken. This honey mustard chicken recipe is a simple flavorful weekday meal when you’re looking for something with very little prep time. I served the chicken with my simple mashed potatoes but it would also be delicious with the marinated vegetables I served with the steak or any baked vegetable.

Shopping List

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Vinaigrette & Marinade
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a glass baking dish, place the chicken and pour over the honey mustard marinade
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes (depending on thickness) or until the internal temperature reaches 165°
